How Dropshipping works in the PolTime store:
I. General principles
1. To access the Dropshipping sales function, you must register on the poltime.eu store website with your company details, and then report your company to our email address and indicate the web address of the online store where the goods will be sold.
2. Each product available on the main page of the store is covered by Dropshipping sales, provided that it is marked with the status "Available".
3. The percentage of the margin for the Dropshipping partner is determined individually.
4. In order for the order to be proceeded as Dropshipping, it is necessary to make a purchase on the PolTime store website, when selecting data for shipment, select the "Dropshipping" type of delivery.
5. The VAT invoice for the purchase is issued electronically and sent only to the Dropshipping partner's email address, it isn’t placed in the package.
II. Shipment of goods
1. Shipping is carried out every day until 13:00 from Monday to Friday by DPD courier.
2. The package with the "Dropshipping" option selected doesn’t contain our advertising materials, leaflets, receipt or invoice.
3. It isn’t possible to choose a Dropshipping order with a "cash on delivery" form.
III. Warehouse integration
1. Current access to inventory is made available to you in the form of an API in a file returned in .xml format
2. The file, according to the current limit, can be downloaded only once per hour.
3. Link and API access form is available after logging in with active "Dropshipping" function
IV. Returns and complaints
1. Returns are accepted to the store address: PolTime Sklep Zegarków, ul. Kolegiacka 8, 22-400 Zamość.
2. Complaint should be submitted immediately after purchase within 5 days.
3. Returns by shipment should be sent at the buyer's expense. If the complaint is accepted, the goods are sent at the expense of the store.
4. Returns and complaints sent on delivery won’t be accepted.
